Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite grocery stores. They have so many awesome products. I will be honest, I have had a couple Trader Joe Fails. The good outweighs the bad though. I like how creative they are with some of their products. It’s hard not to want to try everything! This list contains staples, as well as a few fun and random items that I’ll pick up from time to time.

When I shop at Trader Joe’s I feel like I find a good balance of healthy and not-so-healthy. It’s the most delicious balance!

1. Tahini, Pepita & Apricot Slaw Kit: I love picking this up for meal prep! I like to add corn (the frozen fire roasted corn is my favorite), chicken (Trader Joe’s always has good quality chicken) and cheese to it. I like to mix it up and eat it throughout the week.

2. Sublime Ice Cream Sandwiches: I don’t know what ice cream they use, but it is so good! The creamiest, most delicious vanilla ice cream. When I add these to my cart I always think about Fresh Off the Boat on Hulu. The mom eats ice cream sandwiches when she is depressed and calls them chipwiches. Such a good show and such good ice cream sandwiches!

3. Crunchy Salted Almond Butter: my favorite almond butter comes from Trader Joe’s. It’s so drippy and delicious. I blend this up in my smoothies, slather it on my bananas and scoop it onto my yogurt. It goes great on a Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Waffle (amazing!) with jelly or bananas. Last time I went to Trader Joe’s I grabbed the Chia Bars and ate a couple of those with the almond butter. This morning I tried a Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Bagel with almond butter. I didn’t care for the bagel, but the almond butter was delicious!

4. RX Apple Cinnamon Bars: I didn’t like the first RX bar I tried. I can’t remember what it was, but when I saw the Apple Cinnamon Bars I decided to give the brand another try. I am so glad I did! The Apple Cinnamon RX Bars did not disappoint. So convenient for an on-the-go snack. I always get hungry around 2 or 3 at work so I’ll stash one of these in my purse.

5. Trader Joe’s Sweet Potato Fries: I almost always have a bag of these in my freezer. Great for an easy side.

6. Trader Joe’s Salted Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels: It’s hard not to buy these every time I go to the grocery store. Such a good snack.

7. Simply Almonds, Cashews and Cranberries Trail mix: I try to keep this in my house most of the time so I can grab handfuls when I need something sweet or something to snack on. I always like to top my yogurt or smoothies with it. It’s definitely a great on-the-go snack.

8. Fruit and Seed Granola: I love this granola! Perfect for topping yogurt and smoothies.

9. Stuffed Peppers with Seasoned Turkey and Rice: My favorite refrigerated items at Trader Joe’s. Always a good idea to have an easy dinner on hand. Sometimes you just don’t want to spend all night cooking!

10. Cookie Butter: No Trader Joe’s list is complete without Cookie Butter. I have been really good and haven’t bought this in a very long time! Which means I should probably buy it night time right!?

11. Trader Joe’s Chocolate Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert: I guess they can’t call this ice cream, but it is a great substitute! I like to add the trail mix to it.

12. Almond Flour: I like to add this on top of my smoothies and yogurt. I also dip bananas in almond butter then dip them in almond flour. Try it, I swear it’s good!

13. Trader Joe’s Almond Milk: Great for my smoothies! My favorite smoothie recipe is bananas, almond milk, almond butter, and frozen berries (Trader Joe’s has a good selection of frozen fruits).

14. Kind Bars: The coconut almond flavor is my favorite. A great on-the-go snack!

15. Cauliflower Cheese Pizza: You can add whatever toppings you’d like. Great for when you’re craving pizza!

16. Frozen Roasted Potatoes with Peppers and Onions: Great for adding to breakfast scrambles!

17. Trader Joe’s Pb&J Milk Chocolate Bar: My mouth is watering thinking about this chocolate bar. Like the cookie butter, I haven’t bought it in a while. I guess it’s time to head to the store! The best take on my all-time favorite meal: the good old pb&j sandwich.

18. Bananas: I’m pretty picky about my bananas and I feel like Trader Joe’s always has good quality bananas. I go through quite a few bananas! I top my waffles with them, throw them into smoothies, add them to my yogurt and eat them with almond butter.

Happy Grocery Shopping!

Love this post!! Trader Joe's is THE BEST!!! I wish we had one where I live :( I love the cookie butter and their siracha garlic bbq sauce! Oh and now a fan of that everything but the bagel seasoning! Whenever I go somewhere with a Trader Joes I stop in and stock up.
