Looking for something to do on your next date night? Check out this list of some of my favorite date nights!

1. Cheap Seat Movie Theater: There are some movies that I’ll wait to see until they come out in the cheap seats. The last movie I saw there was Jurassic World 2. Tuesdays are even cheaper!
2. Movie Night at Home: Sometimes staying at home sounds better than any date night out. Here’s a quick list of some of my favorite movies:
Crazy Rich Asians: I love the actress that plays the main character. She plays the mom on Fresh off the Boat. I had never seen the actress that plays her friend, but she was hilarious! The book is on my to-be-read list. This is the first movie I went to by myself once I became single. I know what you’re thinking – can you trust a single girl talking about date nights? This list is mainly comprised of date night ideas from when I was in a relationship. We found a ton of fun things to do in Tucson! When I start dating again, I will definitely be using this list for planning date nights.
What’s Your Number?: I have watched this movie at least a dozen times. Anna Faris is a hoot!
A Simple Favor: This is another move that is based on a book. I haven’t read the book yet, but am planning on reading it. Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively are great in this movie. I saw this movie in the theater by myself. Solo date day! Whenever I see movies by myself I try to go early for the matinee.
Game Night: I already seen this movie twice and every time I walk by a redbox I’m tempted to rent it again. It’s that good! We saw it at Roadhouse, which is a great date night venue! This was the first time we ordered dinner there. The food was okay. The theater is so nice and comfy. This movie is a must-see! Rachel McAdams is one of my favorite actresses.
Truth or Dare: A scary and entertaining movie. Lucy Hale does a great job! I’m planning on see this one again.
3. Trivia Night at Espresso Art: Thursday nights at 9 pm. If you are looking for a good weeknight date, give trivia a try! It goes a little too late for me, but we had been going for a while and it was a lot of fun. We even won a couple times! Get there early though, it gets very busy! We would always get there early and bring games with us to play until Trivia started. You get bonus points for ordering drinks. The chai tea lattes are very good!
4. Bowling: There are quite a few bowling alleys in Tucson. I’m not very good, but I have a lot of fun! I’m usually done after 2 games.
5. Brushfire Ice Cream: My favorite Ice Cream! They have a rotating schedule of flavors. My favorite flavors are the Nutella Rocky Road and the Oatmeal Cream Pie. I also really the Snickers flavor.
6. Ermanos Craft Beer and Wine Bar: This is a great place to grab a drink and relax. We brought a game and had a glass of wine.
7. Oregano’s Pizookie: My favorite dessert! I undercooked cookie with ice cream on top. They also have these at Sauce and Bj’s. This is the best shareable dessert. Especially for those of us that love dessert. It is so big and rich that you still get plenty! I know at Oregano’s you can get half of one flavor of cookie and half of another flavor.
